COPYRIGHT

All images shall remain with the Photographer unless agreed to in writing by the Photographer.

RATES & PAYMENT

Full day rate is based on 8hrs. Half day rate is based on 4hrs. First hour and hours thereafter rate apply.
Deposit of 50% is required before the day of the shoot. Full payment required before delivery, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Photographer. Credit Card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge. All prices, quotes & estimates provided are in AUD (Australian currency) Exclude GST and are subject to GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENTS

In the event of a cancellation or postponement of a shoot by the Client or subject, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of cancellation, plus a fee to be agreed upon. Deposit/Booking fees are non refundable or transferable. If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of departure of the shoot, Client shall also pay 50% of the anticipated photographic fee and 100% of the anticipated fees of any subcontractors and hired equipment booked for the job.

TRAVEL, EXPENSES

Travel rate applies outside of Perth service area, Interstate and Overseas.
All costs incurred such as parking costs, flights, transfers, car hire, taxi, hotel and meal allowance but not limited by are payable by the client.

POST PRODUCTION

Image retouching is quoted as per image or per hour rate depending on the project. This is additional to the photography session, hourly, half day or full day rates. Photograph retouching will provide one final edited Hi-Res image in JPEG format unless stated otherwise by the client.

DELIVERY

The photos will be delivered to the client in JPEG format unless stated otherwise by email or agreement and delivered by digital download. Urgent request of images may incur a priority turnaround fee. This applies to event photography but not limited too, where images are required outside the general turn around time. Where delivery incurs additional costs to the Photographer, the Client agrees to pay those costs.

TURN AROUND TIME

The Photographer agrees to deliver the images within an acceptable timeframe, which may vary depending on the length, and complexity of the photo shoot and the images to be delivered. Extra time may be required for editing purposes and will be determined and advised by the Photographer. Delivery of images to be no longer than 10 business days.

RETRIEVAL

The Client may request a copy of their photos within 30 days from the first delivery of work at no extra cost. For copy requests beyond the before-mentioned timeframe, the Client agrees to pay the retrieval fee(s) prescribed at the time of the request, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Photographer.

STORAGE

All original images will be stored with the Photographer who will take all reasonable steps to protect the original copies. The Client agrees to release the Photographer from all liability relating to the loss or destruction of images where the circumstances are beyond the control of the Photographer.

AUTHORSHIP CREDIT

A credit in the name of the Photographer shall accompany his photographs whenever practical. Where a credit cannot be displayed the Client agrees to pay the Photographer’s publishing fee prescribed at the time of publication or public usage, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Photographer.

VIDEO, FILM CREATION

RAW video footage will be stored for 6 months and final video exports will be stored for 24 months from the date of creation. Final video exports will be supplied in 720p & 1080p mp4 format unless otherwise requested.
Draft & changers to post production / video creation hold one (1) round of changers before the final video export is completed or subject to extra post production costs.
Music license are not included.
Turnaround time for final video creation includes draft within 3 - 4 weeks; faster turnaround may incur additional costs.
